"Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. The staff were super friendly and always greeting us, opening doors, and guiding us when we needed any kind of help. The room was a great stay and good on cleanliness. I would say they need to update the bathroom floors and wood area looked like it was dirty but was just water damage. "

"We had a great experience! Gerald P. was fantastic at check-in; his customer service was outstanding. He was genuinely friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and he truly seemed happy to be there. The hotel itself was wonderful, with nice amenities like the pool and a Starbucks on-site. The front desk and concierge staff were also very helpful with any questions we had. The location is a bonus. it’s within walking distance to the bay, great restaurants, and a beautiful park. Would definitely stay here again!"
