“The rooms were comfortable, more so the room with the balcony (we changed rooms mid-stay) and housekeeping was very good but sometimes was done late in the day. Not a problem for us. Jacqueline was very responsive. Not her doing but the windows in the second room were not cleaned on the outside and made our view subpar. Also note that this is a HARBOUR hotel, i.e. no beach. “The only problem we had was a guest above us throwing sunflower seed shells and gummy bears down on our patio. We had a swim out and their garbage attracted ants which was very annoying. Other than that every single staff member was extremely polite, helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I would recommend this resort to everyone and would love to return for another relaxing stay”
