"Fantastic breakfast and pool in the heart of the city."

"We arrived at your hotel at about 2 PM. Both female desk members sat behind the desk with their heads down and never looked up. Finally, after a couple of minutes I had to say hello. They looked up, went through our paperwork and said we have to wait until three for a room, cause it’s not ready. I asked if we could at least complete the paperwork and pay for the room so they don’t have to do every person in line at 3 PM. she decided to do that and when she completed, she gave us a room. It’s quite obvious it was ready five minutes earlier when she told me to sit down she just didn’t feel like doing anything until 3 PM. The rest of the staff was great. The air-conditioning in the room was horrible. 1009. There was mold in numerous locations in the bathroom, which I took pictures of. Also, the Wi-Fi was poor.This is not the quality I expect from a Radisson/Choice hotels brand establishment."

"This place is extremely good value for the price ! Housekeeping came to my room 2x a day to check on me. No pests, no bugs. The shower pressure feels like a deep massage, you have a bidet, room service, friendly receptionist! This place almost feels like a 5 star hotel lol. Warning: Remote workers? DO NOT DEPEND ON HOTEL WIFI. You need a good mobile hotspot, their WiFi connection is good but unstable. Plenty of great takeout food $5 a block away, $1 smoothies, it’s truly a small paradise. Security at nighttime guarding the front entrance. Solo woman traveler from USA approves ✔️"

"I had a wonderful experience! I met Oscar and Marian,wonderful professional staff. Marian She is very professional,helpful. She does the best to please guests and make them feel at home I appreciate everything they did while I was there I definitely would recommend them to families too. also I will miss her wonderful breakfast food options .The pool is beautiful and wonderful too. "

"The only good for this Hostal was the location near to Allbrook Mall, I received my Room around 3:30 pm even when they knew that I was very tired and reached the Hostal around 5am Very bad experience, just one guy for the Reception was nice the rest of the staff very rude"

"The property is good overall. The location is close to most major attractions.The lobby looks nice, spacious and clean. The staff is friendly, helpful and speaks little English but was able to use translation.Free parking in the garage which is safe and secured. The room is spacious. AC is very good. Free breakfast! There's rooftop pool and bar. There are 2 things we do not like: (1) There's no hairdryer (not in the room, not at the lobby); (2) The room key has to be reset everyday but we was not notified about it. Everytime we came back to the room, we could not open the door and had to come down to the lobby. That's why I gave it 4 stars."
