I reserved a two bedroom unit as I did not want to share a bedroom with my elderly parents who get up to use the bathroom all night long. When we arrived, there were two beds in the main bedroom and a second bedroom with absolutely nothing in it. While we could have moved the smaller bed to the second bedroom, it didn't have any AC and was blistering hot. I messaged asking for a new room or some kind of help and received no...

“Nice room with perfectly renovated bathroom (I had #2). Good air condition and bed. Perfect for a quick early morning drive to the airport. Nice surroundings but close to main thoroughfare and restaurants and just across from downtown. (I brought a sleeping pill to sleep through the moderate street noise). Coffee available in lobby, nice surroundings and friendly bilingual personal, easy check in. Great value, recommended! ”

“Rooms were clean. Pool side and restaurant were great. Ran out of towels though. High demand as hotel was very booked, but just brought down our room towels. Restaurant was good but slow service and it wasn’t that busy when we dined. Shuttle are small and in high demand and we’re not quite on time so a bit of stress in the crowd outside at 5am. Most staff was friendly except the front desk when I asked about the late shuttle.”

“Great location! But apart from the location, the experience of the hotel doesn’t match the premium price it charges. We don’t recommend it and won’t go back.”

“This should not be considered a best western property. The rooms are not nice at all. The mattress is newer but is probably the hardest mattress I’ve ever tried to sleep on. The night club across the street was very loud all night and kept us up. Overall would not recommend. ”
