"This property has an excellent location with restuarants and shops a short walk away. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We were greeted with big smiles and our room had a bottle of bubbly waiting for us. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. It was impeccable clean. A staff member would stop our room late in the afternoon to offer us water bottle. The air conditioner works well always coming back to a cool room on warm summer days. Quebec City is stunningly beautiful, extremely clean, easily walkable and family friendly. We could not have chosen a better hotel for our family trip consisting of 4 adults, 2 seniors and 3 children. We had a marvelous time!"

"Location excellent. Right in old town Quebec. Hidden underground swimming pool was great. Spacious clean room. Surprisingly nice. Only thing is the stairs at the front and in parts of the rooms area. Without a full time door person you have to be aware to call upstairs to get help with luggage - and for old or handicap people this is hard. There is a passage through a restaurant that avoids the stairs but can’t take luggage that way and walking through the restaurant is a bit awkward in any case."

"This is a fantastic old building located approx. a 10 minute walk straight down to the Chateau Frontenac and Dufferin Terrace. The lobby was set up as a 19th (?) century sitting room, complete with porcelain figurines and lamps. The room we had was large, clean and well furnished. The bathroom was modern and clean. Our room was at the back of the building, overlooking a small parking lot, so there was no traffic noise. It was relatively quiet in the room, except for the room upstairs, which seemed to be moving the furniture around from one side to the other for two days. 😜 The room included a fridge, a coffee maker and bath robes. There are several restaurants within walking distance, as parking is extremely limited."
