โThe hotel was very modern and clean and close to the railway station (2 stops away). The staff were all friendly. Small breakfast buffet was great. I would stay at this hotel again definitely and highly recommend it to anyone who would stay in Lugano.โ
โFirstly, all employees are very very kind to me. I didn't expect facilities of the hotel because there are a lot of harsh reviews about that. It is only the location that made me decide. Of course, the location was perfect and when I saw my room, I was so satisfied. It was clean and had small terrace with wonderful view. Mattress of the bed surprised me and bedding(covers) also has high quality. Breakfast was not bad. I will visit this hotel again. I swear.โ

โSuper nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr saubere Unterkunft, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Frรผhstรผck war absolut ausreichend, inklusive frisch zubereitetem Kaffee oder Kakaoโฆ.
Sehr nahe zum See gelegen, Lugano ist zu Fuร oder sehr einfach mit dem Bus zu erreichen.
Parkplatz nur zum einchecken vor der Unterkunft vorhanden, aber weitere Parkplรคtze in unmittelbarer Nรคhe stehen zur Verfรผgung.โ
