The property was beautiful with plenty of “self parking” pretty close to the hotel. The front desk staff was nice and kind. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was pretty comfortable. Which is a big deal for me because I have a bad back. A couple of things that irritated me a little but not enough to not give it 5 stars is I had some bath towels with holes in them, there was some white crust around that sink handles that grossed me out, and one of the housekeepers on my last night took my person plate out of my room. I’m assuming she thought it belonged to the hotel. But it was my personal dinner plate from home. I have serious food allergies and after reviewing their menu they didn’t offer anything I could eat to prior to travel I meal prepped my own food and brought it with me. I brought the plate to eat off of. It was going well up until the last night. The last housekeeper to clean my room took the plate and made it difficult to eat my food once I returned back to the hotel.

Comfy rooms - loved the balcony looking over the forest in the back! Had extremely loud drunk neighbours at 1 am and repeatedly tried calling the front desk with no answer. Fridge in room was barely working - had to throw some food out as it didn't keep cold enough. Front desk staffer was super accommodating my first morning printing off last minute notes for a meeting, and the following morning when I asked the new staffer if they could print an addendum, they refused and said it wouldn't be possible - got quite rude. Overall, would stay again! Food in the taproom was excellent too.
