"We really enjoyed our stay here. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we appreciated that it was not carpeted. Estes Park is not a big place, so it was convenient to get anywhere we were going although it was on the "outskirts" of town. The lake was right across the street and we enjoyed sunset colors on the lake when we walked over. We did a load of laundry at a reasonable price. The laundry room is located in a game room with several arcade games, a pool table, and foosball. That room could be pretty loud. If it's your kind of thing though, it's a fun addition to the stay. There is an observation deck on the top floor with plenty of seating. What a beautiful view from up there! The property is showing age but is not necessarily in disrepair."

"Hot tub was mediocre temperature at best. Felt like a warm pool. I complained to the front desk and they just chuckled and said sorry about that - with zero attempts to look at it. We booked this hotel because of the hot tub to use after a long hike. The mattress also needs replaced as my husband and I kept rolling into each other."

"The facility could use a remodel. We encountered some issues with the drain, but it was quickly managed. The manager on site was very helpful and proactive in other aspects. The pool needs more frequent maintenance as it was dirty, and we couldn't use it. The breakfast was very good, but another meat protein option would help to respect dietary preferences."
