Managers and owners Giacomo and Paola are both fantastic. "Located on a working vineyard and olive farm, Dimora is an amazing experience. They offer wine tasting for a price and dinner for a price but both are worth it. The wine tasting is led by a very knowledgeable staff member, Salvo, in our case. The wines were all bottled on site and were wonderful. We were able to order wine and have it shipped to our house in California. Dinner was prepared on site and served in a glass enclosed seating area with a fantastic view of the surrounding vineyards. The variety of choices for dinner could be expanded and probably will be in the future. We both had flat breads that were excellent and of course accompanied by estate wines. The room had an incredible view of Mt. Etna on one side and the surrounding vineyards on the other side. We reserved time in the spa for jacuzzi and sauna. This included robes and slippers for wearing when not in the water. Breakfast was great augmented by several egg offerings prepared on request."
