“Friendly staff, close access to other businesses in the area”

“Dated and trash overflowing in hallways”

“The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean, but quite a bit outdated. There were small pieces in the floor that were missing. It definitely needs to be updated- carpet, painting, etc. Bathroom was small but clean. Shower head needed replaced, only put out moderate spray. Food was good and service was excellent”

“레스토랑 조식 저녁 전부 맛있고 좋았어요. ”

“Excellent stay. Especially for this reasonable price point. I’ve stayed at higher priced hotels that had less friendly service. Not only was the staff very helpful at this Best Western was so clean, quiet, great shower pressure and shower head. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Very clean and cozy beds! The breakfast here is one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel! On weekends though it doesn’t start until 7am. We were up super early so it would have been nice if it started at 6am. No complaints on anything else.”

“Helpful staff, clean hotel, stay here if in the area”

“공항에서도 완전 가깝고 침구도 좋도; 잘 지냈습니다~ 특히 조식에 김치랑 밥이 있어서 너무 좋았네요 다른 후기에 김치가 있단 말을 듣고 반신반의 했는데 진짜로 있고 심지어 맛있어!!!! 후리카케랑 간장이랑 스크램블드애그 넣고 먹으니 꿀맛! 오헤어공항을 이용한다면 강추합니다~”

“Desk clerk Shannon was a total jerk. She was confrontational and should be fired. Several bulbs were burned out. The light switch between the beds was either installed upside down or wired backwards. The A/C register is so close to the bed that you cannot walk on that side. Breakfast was a joke. The fake food is very basic and has no taste. People sit outside the entrance and smoke or spit. They don't wash it down.”

“The room itself was just ok. We stayed in a studio king suite room 200. There was a horrible garlic smell in the hallways that wafted into the room both days. The water pressure was not great. The pool was very dirty. Even the next morning it wasn’t cleaned overnight very well. The front desk clerk woman was extremely friendly and nice. Easy off the highway. The restaurant next door was a pizza/Italian restaurant that was pretty good.”

“Great clean rooms, very friendly staff!”

“My partner and I checked in to a room that hadn’t been cleaned so we requested a clean room and the “CLEAN” room they put us in was the WORST cleaning job I’ve ever seen. Not only were there NICOTINE POUCHES stuck to the wall, but also, a MOLDY TURD on the floor, MOLDY FRUIT behind the bed, URINE STAINS on the toilet seat, questionable stains on both the mattress and comforter as well as the lamp shades, and a FOUL SMELL throughout the entire room. So we asked for another room and the manager...

“All”

“Pets stay free!”

“The building didn’t have any logos, the carpet was musty! And a cockroach was in the bathroom. The front desk ladies was nice.”
