Property manager, Natty was surprisingly nice and generous gifting us a kokotel pillow and gave us a ride to North Pattaya Bus terminal. Far from everything

Very far from the beach and isolated from everything, there are so many steps everywhere in the hotel, very inconvenient because you need to carry your bags all the way, no help not easy to pull your luggage because of those steps, also there’s no staff or front desk staff after midnight, also no coffee provided in the room, in short I will think twice before I book again.
