"I was upgraded to a king suite which was a nice surprise. Initially I gave all high marks upon checking-in as the room was clean and staff was courteous and professional. It wasn’t until the morning that things changed. When I flipped on the light in the bathroom, probably 6 to 8 roaches scattered from under my toiletrie bag and I saw one in the tub. Unfortunately, I saw one run across the bed and when I emptied my bag out, there were 2 baby roaches inside. When I checked out a couple of hours later, I informed the desk clerk who was very apologetic. If it wasn’t for the roaches, I would have kept the 5 star rating."
