"Hotel is under renovation which wasn't mentioned when booking. Deadbolt on door was broken, bottom towel rod in bathroom hanging off, TV wasn't mounted all cords hanging out of wall. Lamps didn't work, staff couldn't send extra coffee pods (sent a bag of grounds) due to out of stock. Staff responded "your room was recently renovated so should be good. " Before we got to room, when we checked in, I asked about reserving another night (in case I wanted to stay an extra night) to stay with granddaughter in college and was told "sorry we're fully booked", good thing after staying the 1st night i wouldn't have wanted a second."

"Breakfast was great, pool was open and clean, facility was cleanand in order. Only draw back is the beds. They were sooo hard. I had a horrible nights sleep and my back was hurting something awful. Would have been perfect if the beds weren't so hard."
