"The hotel was amazing! Easy check-in, good quality of rooms, free shuttle that can take you anywhere up to 2 miles for free, the pool and hot tub were awesome, cleaned off snow from our car after a snowstorm, room service was amazing and recieved bottles of water upon request for no fee! We will definately be staying again!!"

"The holiday ambience was great. The staff was friendly in all areas, the room clean, and amenities a nice extra touch. The only hiccup was that the coffee bar breakfast service was a bit slow to complete our order and not entirely accurate. "
"The staff was so friendly across the entire stay. Everyone was fantastic! The room was clean and it was a lovely historical hotel, but the staff really went above and beyond. The only downside was that there were people outside that were on some elicit substances and there was a fight involving dogs while I was there with my two young daughters. It did make me feel rather unsafe. That is more location based, nothing against the staff or the hotel. "
"The Dye House is a very cool and convenient option for staying in and exploring Providence! The communication was excellent and great recommendations and information regarding the area was provided despite there being no on site staff. I would definitely recommend staying here for the convenience and comfort!"
