“Room was cleaned daily”

“Older property. Could use a bit more maintenance/upgrading for the price”

“Great trip by the way”

“This Motel was wonderful, perfect room, nice sized fridge, very nice big shower. The room was nice, cold and clean. Love that you have windows to open. The owners were so kind. Our neighbors were very nice, nobody bothers you. It was nice not having housekeeping bothering you, or waiting to go in your room. If we needed anything a guy was on site to help if we needed more towels or trash bags and he was very nice to talk to. We were able to just enjoy our stay and it was awesome . I can't...

“Loved our stay!”

“Only had two issues. First - The pool filtration system was not running. A lot of debris was in the pool. The inlets were not pulling anything in. Actually, spent some time picking stuff out of the pool. Second - On my final day the spa was not heating. Was about the same temperature as the pool.”

“Room was super clean and smelled so nice when we arrived. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was yummy and coffee was delish!”

“Stay here every time I visit Florida. Highly recommend”

“Great clean room with view of the charlotte harbor. Has a nice bathroom in the rooms, very attentive staff. Rooftop bar (Perch 360) and downstairs bar 88keys were both great as well. Would stay again.”

“Room was clean, there were no cups, but that was just an oops. Breakfast was real good, lots of choices.”

“Pool was very nice and clean”
