“Restaurants are not very close the only one in walking distance is Sonic. The lady that checked me in over charged me and I didn't know until I checked my checking account because she said she would email me a receipt which she didn't. When I brought up the overcharge to her she proceeded to tell me she wasn't sure but she thinks the hotel charges a hold for a one night stay plus the charge for my stay. “Breakfast MNonday 3-23-26 was terrible. Egg omelette an:potatoes;sliced sausage was no good. Muffin was good. 3 morningsd ina row the No caffeine coffe was either too strong or cold!. In Bight mgr , instead I will fix it, only had a excuse for the reason it was.?”

“There was at least one dog there but we only heard it once. The room was nice, bed comfortable, shower wonderful. We felt safe and secure there. Breakfast left something to be desired. Three kinds of cereal, only whole milk, no bread for toast, apples and no other fruit, pancake machine which didn’t work. ”

“My husband and I stayed two nights here last week! It was by far the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in, from the front desk staff right down to the large and amazingly clean room . We will definitely be staying there when in Wichita ! ”

“Decent stay, only some maintenance problems. Bathroom door handle was falling off, towel rack was about fall and when you opened and closed the bathroom door the bathroom room lights would flicked. Seems maintenance. Needs to be done to the bathroom.. Other than that, it was a decent day. Staff was nice. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was OK Parks was nice very well lit up. ”

“Our guest did not end up staying the night. While she was checking in , the front desk was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Our guest initially checked in and noticed her room was not clean - the toilet didnt flush, the faucet was broken and the lights were flickering. The front desk did refused to give their name and accused our guest of creating these problems. Front desk refused to check it out and see for herself. ”

“We are very disappointed about the check in and cleaning service. We were waiting 2 hours to get a room because they did not reafy. We were many people waiting for the same. We got arrive at 3 pm and the rooms were not ready. Finally, the cleaning service was not good in the room and the bath is old in our room. In the breakfast time were many people, the room was dirty. Definitely, the hotel needs more people to do the cleaning service.”
