Location and facilities are good, great shopping and dining options available and close to Petronas towers however a tour would require booking in advance before your stay. The rooms are starting to look a little dated however all adds to the charm."

"Location was the best! I booked this for my mom and dad and the location was very convenient for them! Its also an anniversary present for them and i’d like to thank all the staff that prepared the room for them and special thanks to the GSAs who wrote lovely messages on the mirror and card! They loved it so much! It made they’re stay very personalised and thank you for all their hard work that they put on decorating the room. Really did appreciate it .
