“Room nice. Comfortable bed. Breakfast average at best, bar shuts at 11. Good for corporate stays. Parking very expensive £27!
Will look elsewhere on next stay in Cardiff.”
“The staff at reception are very helpful . The property location is ideal and easy for the M4. Have stayed there a few times and always very pleased with everything.”
“3 Horse shoes was great, for some reason our bedroom got mixed up, was supposed to have a family room but got a double. Staff sorted the issue, i dont know but apparenty is was an Expedia mix up. Issue was sorted by the morning even though we arrived late, cool pub with a kids soft play and decent playground. Foods nice, staff great.....”
“Unfortunately this hotel has become a haven for dog owners which is ok if you own a dog.
The room we got allocated on arrival smelled of wet dog and I immediately went to reception to get a change of room.
We got a new room which was slightly better but every floor had dogs staying in rooms.
Unfortunately although I have owned dogs in the past it isn’t for me and will not be staying again.”
