The hospitality was truly outstanding, the front desk staff were so warm, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I also have to shout out the breakfast; the fresh fruits, bread and pastry selection was fantastic. Highly recommended!"

"The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful; the location was lively for bars and restaurants and convenient for the Metro and the funicular. Roof top bar had pretty views. Room was comfortable and reasonably spacious for a central location."

"Stayed with my 8 yo son in double room. Unfortunately the room was adjoining and I asked to change for another room with no additional entrance door in the room. Thanks to reception I got another room only with one entrance. Note for hotel and travelers: if you have small kids don’t allocate adjoining rooms for kids. Just to be on safe side."

It was clean, and had everything you need for comfort - a hanging rack, desk, fridge, safe, hair dryer, etc. The room is very dark in the morning, and quiet, so we were able to catch up on sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions about the area. We will stay here again. "
