“I have traveled extensively and visited 45 countries, so I have stayed at many different hotels around the world. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. I was surprised that the hotel did not allow check-in until 4:00 p.m. When I arrived, the reception staff member was not particularly friendly or welcoming. “Everything was in satisfactory condition including breakfast.”

“The hotel advertises they have a restaurant every evening, but I was advised on check in that restaurant wasn’t open on my first night. I thought this was rather poor given it is a hotel airport and there was no forewarning so I couldn’t make other meal plans. Otherwise great stay.”
