"Very happy with my choice to stay at Hotel Suisse. Centrally located, right across the street from the central train station (Cornavin). Staff was very professional and helpful and stored my bag both before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast was very good. Room was small, but perfectly sized for one, with nice desk, lots of outlets, large window that opened all the way, and clean bathroom. Would definitely stay here again."

"Frequent visitor here on business - location and price can’t be beaten in Geneva. I would mention the excellent showers and the quality of the breakfast - which in my opinion beats other hotels in this chain. Check in does seem to need more information than necessary(small gripe)."

"A rocky start, but an absolutely wonderful recovery! Hôtel des Muses has a fantastic location directly across from beautiful Lake Annecy, in a peaceful area just a short walk from charming shops and restaurants. The secure gated parking is another excellent advantage. Our stay began with some disappointment: the annex room was dated, did not offer the promised partial lake view, and had maintenance issues, including nonfunctioning AC and plumbing problems. It was not what we expected from a superior room. Since we were staying for 2 more nights, after enjoying the nice breakfast buffet, we visited the front desk: the hotel team responded with genuine care and professionalism. Two wonderful staff members listened to our concerns and arranged an upgrade to a beautifully renovated room with a partial lake view and a lovely outdoor space, it completely transformed our experience. Although the hotel could benefit from minor improvements to outdoor maintenance, basic amenities, and older rooms, we truly enjoyed the remainder of our stay. We are especially grateful to the team for listening, taking action, and helping us enjoy our time in Annecy. Thank you for turning a disappointing beginning into a memorable and enjoyable stay. With a little more attention to detail, Hôtel des Muses could be truly exceptional!"
