The Polish man (Bartosh?) on the front desk was a great face for the hotel and very helpful and friendly. A nice basic hotel with the breakfast delivered to the room brilliant. Very handy for a walk into town and decent parking

Room was spotless, bed really comfortable and this hotels biggest strong point was the reception staff - especially Zaf who was welcoming, warm and so helpful with everything needed - directed me to local restaurants, booked me a taxi to work and really does understand what good customer service means.
