"Door was open at check in, musty smell in room, the door privacy latch was missing. Luckily door was able to lock. Next morning woken up by loud housekeepers whose voices were so loud I thought they were in the room. Ice machine apparently leaked and floor outside my door was wet, so they were wet vacuuming the carpet early in the morning. I understand it needed to be done, but this was the worst stay i have ever actually had there."

"First of all was difficult to get a room online due to system failure, the key would not work to open the door, door was broken for the pool. Needs maintenance. But other than that the staff was nice and polite. "

"The property WILL NOT be honest and every part of our stay was horrible. Stayed there in the past but now the rooms stink not updated and breakfast was not there, dried egg crumbs in pan at 7am rechecked at 8am and same situation not touched, people sleeping on lobby floor and lobby couches. Then to top it off wrong room was booked (king) and tried switching to a two queen and was only offered a two double for extra $90 when they are only $10 difference to book. Had insurance for stay and the red tape for this was non acceptable. Staff at regancy said they can't do anything because I didn't book with them, tried and did cancel rest of stay as advised by orbits and was told by staff they couldn't and wouldn't!! STAY AWAY drive the extra to get a better stay and yes I have pics off this mess, oh yea the apple juice was spoiled as well."
