Great hotel in Phitsanulok. The Manager Jaeb is incredible. Greeted us upon arrival & sent us off when we left. The rooms are excellent. Spacious & comfortable. The pool is great. Went every day it was nice out. The breakfast was also great & was included in my room. We had dinner twice from Room Service & it was really great. The fried rice/Khao Pot is the best I've had in Thailand & I highly recommend eating this alot. If you come to Phitsananolok, I would definitely come to this hotel. Jaeb runs the show & will make sure your stay is good. This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in Thailand with a great breakfast & breakfast room, great pool & beautiful rooms. My Wife & I had a very enjoyable stay here & you will, too.

OK for a one night stand

Hotel is about a 3 star. Rooms are ok except need new towels and pillows. A little noisy at night due to dogs, cars, and the refrigerator cycling ever 10 minutes or so. Breakfast was meager.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, sehr angenehm. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist gehoben. Leider hat das Haus schon bessere Tage gesehen, aber die Atmosphäre ist geblieben. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Und besonders ist das Badezimmer mit einem Spiegelschrank ausgestattet, der die Ablage für die eigenen Utensilien sehr angenehm macht. Das wird in den meisten Hotels vermisst.

Le personnel du petit déjeuner détestable

Pour hotel en lui meme je trouve un peux cher, pour le personnel il est réactif au niveau de accueil de hôtel. Mais alors le personnel du petit déjeuner cest une honte ! Meme pas bonjour, ne nettoye pas les tables, la nourriture etait froide, les oeufs, la nourriture, toute etait froid le personnel du petit déjeuner 2 ou 3 personnes etait sur leurs téléphones et ne soccupe de personne ! Personne détestable ! Sil ne veulent pas travailler quil rentrent chez eux et la nourriture infect !

Price very good with what is offered. Only setback : it's a big noisy at night with the sound made from toads outside. Swimming pool a bit small and full of leaves after heavy rain.

Nice hotel, excellent value

I've stayed here before and will stay again. It's a really nice hotel in a convenient location for us. Plenty of parking and staff friendly. Rooms are a good size and nicely fitted. There's a nice pool area where we were able to sit and eat. Good buffet breakfast in the morning. Excellent value. Will stay here again.

Un hôtel de charme avec un décor raffiné

Excellent séjour dans un hôtel de charme, propre et bien tenu. De très beaux meubles ornent l’espace collectif au RDC. J’ai apprécié le coin salon avec canapé et table basse. Le grand téléviseur écran plat par satellite. Le Wifi fonctionne très bien pour transmettre photos et vidéo. Je recommande cet établissement pour son excellent rapport qualité prix.

従業員の対応がすごくよかった。 翌朝早くに出発しなければ行けない旨を伝えると、従業員の方から朝御飯をボックスに詰めて渡しますと提案してくれたし、タクシーの手配も即時に対応してくれた。 値段も安く、部屋もすごくキレイで申し分なかった。 時間があれば広々した屋内プールでも是非楽しみたかった。

Beautiful hotel, buta bit noisy

We stayed there 3 nights, with our 2 year-old daughter. Very nice hotel, with large rooms, comfortable beds, very clean. It's just a 10 min drive from the city center, and 10 min walk from a 7/11 shop. There is a large car park (although we couldnt enjoy it during the week-end, as the hotel hosts parties, with guests that occupy all the space...). The swimming pool is small, but was enough for our daughter. Not very clean the day after the party... The breakfast is abundant and good. No restaurant for lunch or dinner, you'll have to drive down town or walk to another one down the street, on the way to the 7/11 (very good, by the way). The main problem is that the staff doesnt speak english. We aren't english speakers ourselves, but we found it very difficult to communicate even on very basic topics (check-in, laundry). I wanted to cancel a night, but I'm not sure it worked... And the rooms are quite noisy : the staircase is open, and there is a water pump upstairs that echoes almost all night long. Try to avoid the rooms next to it and you should be fine!
