Room was clean, bed was comfy, and free water bottles daily, beach towels provided upon request, and incredibly sweet staff! The hotel is also just enough off the main street that it was quiet and peaceful, but an easy 5-10 minute walk to both the beach and to Bangla, with dozens of food and restaurants options everywhere. Would absolutely stay there again.

I was very pleased with my stay at Patong Heritage. The staff were very helpful and willing to answer any questions that I had. It’s a fantastic location and walkable to all the hotspots in Patong. They also have a fabulous buffet breakfast with cooked to order omelets and some great Thai food as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is dated but kept clean and organised; it is centrally located and close to the main night life. The main mall is within walking distance in under 10 mins from the hotel. My room was always spotless, very well maintained and the staff dutiful and friendly. I have experienced many breakfasts and at the Heritage they are at the top of the list.
