Excellent Room, very helpful staff, lots and lots of English and Thai food selection and fresh fruits. Rooftop swimming pools with delicious Turkish food and bar for perfect evening romantic meal. The Gig has ticked all the boxes for perfect stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Gig Hotel in Thailand. The staff were very welcoming and amazing, especially Siri, Bow, and Aod at the front desk. They made my friends and me feel very welcome throughout our stay. The housekeeper, Aom, also did an amazing job keeping my room neat and clean every day. She was extremely polite, friendly, and diligent with her work. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning to visit Phuket. The hotel is close to everything, which makes walking around a breeze, but it’s also surprisingly quiet despite being so close to Bangla Road and the main street. If you’re thinking about booking, go for it. It’s definitely worth the stay!

I cannot find a single fault with this hotel Location-perfect Room - spotless and cleaned every day even when I slept in late The icing on the cake is the rooftop bar, pool with great views The rooftop restaurant The food was amazing, maybe a little expensive but don’t let put you off The staff we’re very attentive, and helpful at all times Big shout out to the reception staff Praw and Dada Always very helpful Would I stay at this hotel again Absolutely 10/10

Pool area nice, some people leave towels to save the seats, the usual problem on all hotels..but nice with the bar near the pool on the roof offering drinks and food and a smaller gym in the same area..very nice pool with view from pool

Amazing hotel, location and staff

This is my 8th night at the Gig and I moved to the junior suite after 4 days which is really nice. All the reception staff are amazing especially Ji… recommend the Gig 100 %

Amazing hotel, tge staff are so friendly and helpful 24 hours 7 days a week, always there to help and serve you. I would definitely recommend the the Gig. The rooms are beautiful and the location is perfect.
