"The perfect location right in the heart of Menaggio. Perfect area for families traveling with kids. Cute plaza area right out the steps of the hotel entrance with shops, gelato and restaurants. "
"The hostel is average. Breakfast was good. The double room with a bathroom has 4 beds and is spacious however the bathroom/ toilet is very very small. Overall enjoyed our stay however expected little more cleanliness. Staff is super helpful, they turned the radiant heater On upon request."
"The property would have been great only if they picked up our luggage from the bus port. It is high up in the mountain, very difficult to drag your luggage. Not enough warning provided as to how difficult it would be to take your baggage. No taxi, no pick up, I saw other guests who almost cried, dragging their luggage up to the hotel often on narrow oncoming traffic."
