"I loved the hotel. I stayed in the resort. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The lobby and breakfast area were incredible. The breakfast was good enough. No fresh fruit. My favorite breakfast experience was sitting outside and watching the wildlife along the river. The view was beautiful and relaxing. Parking was easy and free. The pool was so much fun for the kids. It had a lazy river, a slide and a fountain. It was clean and beautiful. There was an indoor pool as well. The rooms were beautiful, but musty. I did not give the resort five stars because housekeeping did not clean the room and make the beds daily. Only once in our five night stay were the beds made. I was ready to go out and buy a broom to sweep the carpet. I wasn’t the only person to contemplate that thought. The towels were changed and the garbage emptied daily. The location was okay. I used the trolley often, since the hotel was near the trolley stop."

"The property was in a good location although expect to have to make a u-turn here or there. We took the city transit from right in front of the hotel for a dollar to the main transit station. Then bought an all-day pass for $3 and used that to get back to the hotel. From the transit station you can get to Dollywood fairly easily. The room was very basic and the ac worked perfectly. The breakfast was better than average."
