"Can't say enough nice things about this lovely hotel in a great location close to San Francisco. Our drive from SFO was about 40 minutes. Onsite underground parking was very convenient and clean. Our very spacious room (a Deluxe Suite) was S-P-O-T-L-E-S-S when we checked in with a nice balcony, and sitting area with fireplace. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a selection of great nearby restaurants and shopping, plus lots more in the town of Half Moon Bay about 15 minutes down the road. The only complaints I had were very minor - the water pressure in the shower was a tiny bit low and the shower lighting was a little dim. Neither of them were overly bothersome, nor worth deducting any points. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Two other things to consider which weren't important to us but might be to others: 1) The hotel does front onto a somewhat busy street. It does get considerably quieter at night, and there are rooms situated further away from the road. 2) It's not on the beach."

"Went for our honeymoon. Had a fantastic time. I ordered a charcuterie board to our room. After we arrived we went to our room dropped off our bags and walked around the property with some drinks. When we came back to the room there was chocolate covered strawberries, the charcuterie board and a bottle of champagne. The champagne and strawberries were on the house. It may be a small thing, but it was very special."
