“The woman I encountered when I first arrived was very rude. I was about 45 minutes early for check-in. No one was at the desk but I could hear someone behind the wall talking. She walked out, said can I help you. I told her I was a bit early for check-in and she told me that I had to wait because I had a king room. Waiting was fine but when I went to ask her where I could go nearby for food she cut me off and told me I could sit in the lobby. The lifeguard was very nice as were the cleaning...

“The entire hotel looked a bit run down if one looked at it up close, but the inside of the room was acceptable and the bed was comfortable enough. There was also good water pressure in the shower. However, one of the handles on one of the drawers was broken and never replaced, and the bathtub needed to be resurfaced. Similarly, the room appeared clean overall, but the water holding part of the coffee machine was so dirty that I could not drink coffee in the morning. Only one packet of decaf...

“The room was very dusty. There was toothpaste in the bathroom sink and on the faucet. No kleenex. The on not positive was it had a refrigerator. No utensils, kitchen ware. Room smelled like smoke. Bed was hard and when you laid on it, the plastic it was wrapped in crinkled. I was worried about bed bugs but I didn't see any. This looked like a long term place for homeless people. It was a big mistake to stay there for a short business trip.”

“The room was absolutely terrible, the toilet was broken, bathroom door broken. The room did not feel clean at all and it definitely did not feel safe enough to sleep in.”
