We felt immediately welcomed , she was very sweet and kind after we had an AWFUL experience at a hotel across the street. We were instantly relieved ! Jaimee (I may have spelt that wrong ) the manager was amazing as well! You both made it so worth it for us that we plan on coming back time and time again ! Thank you!! โ
โHad a great stay at Home2Suites Lake George. Very convenient location. Staff are all nice.
Only downside, we missed twice the road and ended up at Sunoco ๐โฆ. Oh and the hidden cricket in the bathroom
But overall it was a good stay and recommended specially for pet ownersโ
โThe only complaint was the toliet in the bathroom.
It was so very low to the floor. I am over 70 and it was very hard for my wife and myself to get up after using the toliet. โ
โWhat a nice 2 day stay with our dog Shelby! The hotel is nicely updated.Our king efficiency was very nice, roomy, and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE!. All the staff were very pleasant that we interacted with. The pool and hot tub were nice for a quick dip, lots of kids but its Lake George in the summer! I didnt ever see towels at the pool so bring your own.
Just some minor comments. Some areas need a detail cleaning. The elevator walls, buttons and floors needed attention as well as the tile...
โGreat communication for self check in, good free parking, the room was immaculate, bed comfortable, furniture seemed new and I love the touch lamps with USB plugs!
AC worked great and bathroom big and very clean.
My only suggestion/concern was that there is no way to bolt door from inside the room - so anyone with the code could access the room at anytime.โ
โFamily vacay, Great place. Asked if possible for two tents in close proximity, they were great not too close but with a path between Everyone loved our adventureโ
โThis was our first time at Lake George and we loved our stay! It was far enough away so tourists werenโt everywhere but close enough to walk to everything. We enjoyed the pool, ping pong, and basketball hoop. Would definitely stay again! โ
โWe were treated like royalty here at the Elms. The owner, Chandler and his staff, go above and beyond. What a beautiful escape. We will most definitely return. โ
โHot tub was unavailable, so they let us to swim at the La Quinta (they own both) to make up for it. Amazing! family owned, good people. Stay here at La Quinta instead of Six Flags lodge if you go! โ
