The hotel itself could use some upgrades. The room smelled of mold and the bathroom looks like it needs a serious scrubbing. All of the staff were very kind and there was ample parking. The beds were comfortable and clean.

It was more affordable than many places in and around Saratoga Springs. It provided a place to sleep. Being right on the expressway, it was noisy. The room itself gave us what we needed at an affordable price. You don't go there for the comfort.

Hotel is old. I can see that they are trying. So that’s why I give them a 3 rating. But there was no hairdryer, and come on some kind of curtains on the window would have been nice. Yep it did have a shade, but I was on the first floor and you pull shade. It is very dark in the middle of the day would’ve liked some sunshine.. Checked out at 8 AM and what you consider breakfast was a joke. There was a handful of granola bars and a couple pieces of white bread. No tables no chairs. I don’t even know if there was coffee? sure did not see any juices. But the heater/air was quite enough. So if you just need to go and sleep and get up and leave it did its job.

This comes across as a "no tell, motel". Not clean. Room needs paint, updating, and attention to details. Hair in the sheets at check in, visible dirt in the corners on room and bathroom. This is more of an overnight, running through the area kinda off place to stay, not a vacation style of accommodation.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We chose not to have the breakfast they provided (it looked like mostly cold cereal and coffee) instead we found a wonderful diner just down the road. The staff was friendly and both check in and out was as smooth as could be. We’ll definitely stay here again!

the hotel was clean and simple. Good amount of parking spaces. Easy check-in and check-out. Only downside was there was not much breakfast options, so if you want decent breakfast, its best to go to other breakfast spots. their breakfast was more of a snack.

Stay was okay. Have stayed here before and room was as expected. Only disappointment was that all charging stations not operational so EV had to be charged across the street. Other than that no complaints

We needed a room for 1 night while we were helping a relative pack for a move. Basic low-end hotel. It was clean and room had been updated. Felt safe at this location. The breakfast is skimpy, coffee, 2 kinds of dry cereal, and small granola bars.

Staff was fantastic!

I paid $120, the Belmont @ Saratoga was on, apparently the room rate went up to $500. The room is worth $89 to $120 at best. Staff, There was one guy, he was terrific, really nice, helpful!!!

Overall, I liked the cleanliness and decorations of the property. I also enjoyed the light breakfast. However, there was barely any seating. To improve, please add more tables and seats inside the building as well as outside. Clean the spiderwebs outside. There were A LOT of flies inside the motel room and they need to be removed. There were many stains on towels, bed sheets, etc. I even saw a bed bug crawling on the bed sheet where I was sleeping. There are most likely many more and so these items need to be cleaned better. The floor was very dirty. When I walked barefoot on it, my feet became so dirty that I had to wash them well with water before sleeping. Additionally, on one of the days I was staying, an incident happened outside, where a police officer knocked on our door for questioning. We explained we didn’t know anything, but it goes to show that many incidents like those can happen in that area.
