"We found this property to be familiar due to the location near the walking trail down the street. This location was another named hotel at that time several years past. The new upgrade and takeover of Sleep Inn was wonderful. The room was very clean with amenities of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and the other usual hotel amenities. We did not try the breakfast but the selection was plentiful. The staff members were pleasant and friendly. This is a great location near most restaurants and shopping. If we're ever in the Tyler area we would definitely stay there again. The price was very reasonable as well."

"The Fredonia is the best place to stay in Nacogdoches by far! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were robbed of all of our luggage on our way from Houston and upon our arrival, the front desk staff provided all 7 of us with new tooth brushes, toothpaste, dental floss and deodorant for free. They also gave us vouchers for a free breakfast. The rooms were nice and clean with great entertainment options. The restaurant was amazing with great food and fast service. We are so thankful to the staff at the Fredonia. They made our stay so comfortable. We highly recommend staying at The Fredonia if you ever find yourself in beautiful Nacogdoches, Texas."
