According to Expedia, they tried to contact the hotel to clarify but unable to get them. Despite this, Expedia still refunded me the amount I paid to Expedia which is still about Sgd20 shortfall from the amount I paid to the hotel due to foreign exchange differences. Thanks to Expedia for sorting out the refund promptly. For the hotel, I would not recommend to stay as there is no after service and the double payment issue is an unpleasant and troublesome experience."
