"Rooms smelled like weed. They changed us three times. First time room was dirty, second time toilet and shower did not work, last room had mold in shower and the shelf was broken. The charging outlets did not work. No toiletries and only one towel."

"Gave us a different room than we paid for at first, but that may have been a mistake on hotels dot coms part. Then the second room the ac sounded like ghosts haunting the room. I kid you not, every single time it kicked on, it sounded like ghosts whining. Also the bathroom door had major trouble closing. And the towels are rough and tiny. Each person needs three towels to dry off with after a shower and the room starts with only four. The hot tub was nice but had a problem with staying on. It would turn on and off randomly and we kept having to get up every 5 min to try turning it on again. At the included breakfast there was only plastic ware and styrofoam plates. And they were out of forks and serving waffles. This isn’t a bad hotel. It just needs a lot of tlc. "
