The room was like a cell. The receptionist was often vacant and had poor customer skills. There were no phones in rooms to call if there was a problem. Their was no room in bathroom to put any travelling toiletries. The bathtub was dangerously slippery. There was noise from an alley often during the night. I'm surprised Expedia lists it.

The bathrooms were so small you couldn’t stand in front of your sink because of how close it is to the toilet. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. Make sure you’re prepared for some paranormal activity!

The tv would only get one channel. We were told there was two remotes but our room only had one. There was no one at the front desk from 5:00 pm until the morning. I left a message and no one returned my call. I called back and the phone number you were told to call was full and not taking messages. The front door is supposed to be locked at 8:00 pm and then use your door key to open. It was still unlocked at 1:00 a.m.
