"We loved our stay at the hotel however one criticism i have is when we checked in the receptionist told us we could have a late checkout as we were leaving in the evening but she didn't tell us that there was a 10 euro per hour charge we thought this was very unreasonable as we had spent a lot of money during our stay "

"Great experience from start to end. Reception, pool & restaurant were lovely. Room was a little tired but was huge and kept immaculately clean with all required utensils etc. Yes there is a hill but there is also free shuttle bus provided and cheap taxis if you really can't manage the climb. All in all I have rated this as excellent as for the price paid, you can't beat it. "

"I usually have to get in touch with the company to get a key code which isn’t much of a problem but would be helpful if was emailed earlier. Also one of the showers on floor 3 hasn’t got hot for the last 2 years."
