"Dear Management, I am writing to formally express our deep disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was absolutely terrible and far below any acceptable hospitality standards. The main and most serious issue was the condition of the ocean and beach area. The ocean was completely unswimmable — the water was muddy, had an unpleasant smell, and there were constant large waves. In addition, the beach itself was extremely dirty, with plastic bottles and trash everywhere. The overall condition was honestly disgusting and completely unacceptable for a resort destination. Another major issue was the cleanliness throughout the hotel, especially in the dining areas. The food service conditions were unacceptable: plates, glasses, utensils, and other items frequently appeared dirty and had unpleasant odors. After eating at the buffet, we both suffered from diarrhea for two days and did not feel comfortable eating there again for the remainder of our stay. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We are extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality, cleanliness, and overall conditions provided. Unfortunately, after this experience, we would never consider returning to your hotel and cannot recommend it to others. Sincerely, Yury Zhavoronkov"

"The space itself was lovely. I absolutely love the resort itself, especially how spacious it is and the large number of pools, bars, and jacuzzis available throughout the property. I’ve stayed at this resort several times before, but on these occasions, the rooms were never particularly impressive to me. The smell of the bed sheets was not very pleasant, and I noticed some hidden broken details in the room, which was disappointing. When you pay for a good room and overall receive one, these small issues still take away from the experience. On the other hand, the food was good, although there was not a huge variety. However, this was not really a problem for me. In addition, the staff was excellent and very attentive. I truly have no complaints about their service."

"I made a reservation for three dome accommodations. The pools were beautiful, and the food at Maria was reasonably priced. We were asked to sign a document regarding noise policies because we were told this was intended to be a very quiet and relaxing area. I specifically chose the domes because my children wanted the experience, and the domes themselves were very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the issue occurred at night. There was no staff available at the reception There was no staff available at the reception area, and next to our dome there was a tennis court with a bar where loud music was played late into the night. We were never provided with a security contact number, so we had no way to communicate with anyone for assistance. Additionally, the reception staff informed us that there were other domes located in a much quieter area of the property, and they did not understand why we had been assigned to this section, where noise from nearby construction and passing vehicles from the road could clearly be heard. The only response we received was that they would inform management. They offered a late check-out, but since our flight was leaving early, that option was not useful for us. Unfortunately, there was no real effort made to acknowledge the inconvenience or offer any type of credit or resolution beyond a simple apology."
