“Bonita playa”

“The place is nice and clean but no hot water call the front desk they send somebody but we still took showers with cold water. Also their furniture was noise moving the chairs and they complained we made a lot of noise. We were very uncomfortable after that because we couldn't move anything.”

“The property is beautiful the rooms clean and spacious. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. If I have one negative is that a double room with a sofa bed is for 3 people we had to pay extra for two kids and that was because they “made an exception “ how are families with three kids supposed to stay when the rooms are already pricey. Other than that it was great”

““The service from the entire staff was outstanding. They paid attention to every detail and were always very attentive. The chef was exceptional and very personable, and the waiters provided excellent service as well.””

“The staff were great, the rooms were very clean. The lobby does not have air conditioning, but the rooms do. The access to the beach is somewhat cumbersome, in other words, there is no direct access, although it is very close. The breakfast was nice, it had a nice variety and there was the option of freshly prepared eggs, hotcakes and quesadillas.”
