"Perfect location with lots of restaraunts around it including an attached Original Joes. Staff were very efficient, friendly and professional. Big lobby. Easy, short walk (5 min) to BC Place and Rogers Arena. Lots of shopping in the area. Easy short walk to Yale town restaraunts on the waterfront. The beds were very comfortable-even the fold out though that mattress made noise each time I turned over. Big windows in bedroom area but no view from this unit and the kitchenette -though adequate, is a small sitting room/eating. Big TV in sitting room and one in the bedroom. I would definitely purely stay here again if the price feels right."

"We had a bad experience staying at this hotel. There was no toilet or bathroom in the room, no TV, the bed was too small for two people, and breakfast only had coffee and nothing else. The hotel had a terrible smell of old clothes and we were very dissatisfied. The price for the hotel is not low at all; they charged us $404 per night."

From the valet to the front desk, everyone was incredibly attentive and actually seemed happy to help, which can be rare in busy city hotels. Pro Tip: Ask for a room on the higher floors. The view of the surrounding architecture and the peek-a-boo glimpses of the mountains are worth it."
