"Staffs are great and room is clean. Breakfast is just ok."

"Would not stay at this hotel again, even though the rooftop terrace was lovely and the staff were very good. The room itself is simply too loud, not designed well for travelers, and there was no way to adjust the temperature in the room. We travel frequently and like staying in the downtown area, But also appreciate a very functional room travel. This room simply was not workable for luggage or any kind of hanging of bags or towel towels, there was no rack for towels at all in the bathroom. The most frustrating thing about the room was the amount of noise that was unrelenting until well into the night and started it again in the early morning. Earplugs are a must. Next time in Glencoe, we will stay someplace else."

The staff was wonderful from check-in, assisting with activities/cabs, room service, and meals. The included breakfast offered so many custom choices.
