“In general, it was nice place to stay. There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors. There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL. The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us". No help, No support and care, No interest.”

“The property is run by a very small crew. There was no one to welcome us. We needed to checkout early, spoke to the man at the front desk, but then received a call from off the premises to ask if we checked out. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. The rug was old. There was a dirty toilet bowl brush in the bathroom. The shower had hair in it. The bed is very low to the floor. I wouldn’t stay there again since there are so many other choices. ”

“The stay in downtown Nashville was amazing. The place was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The family room area was spacious enough for the 6 of us, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.The natural design of the apartment was very appealing and the furniture was functional, stylish and comfortable. The only issue was that the barn doors for the second room did not adequately cover the room and did not lock. I think that room would benefit from double doors that close...
