"I rely on reviews when booking and wanted to share my experience! This was my first time to NYC and this hotel was wonderful. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful during my stay! The hotel was clean and room service came daily! The location was convenient to everything. We walked daily around the city, and there was easy access to the subway and Grand Central Station and the bus stopped right in front of the hotel as well. My last day I needed a cab to the airport and the doorman/bellhop was so kind to schedule my taxi service the next morning and I came downstairs and my taxi was waiting to take me to JFK and it was 4am! I can’t say enough what a great experience I had. "
