"Hotel overall was good ,location very good , gym good , breakfast good . Two issues I would like mention as not so good : First the elevators are extremely slow and in pick time like breakfast or check out time it may take 10 min to catch them ! Second issue , at the breakfast when some of the trays of proof products gets empty , they are not filled immediately or even takes long time before they get filled . Also for the breakfast , it closes at 10:00 am while taking everything out waiters make huge noise and you can’t really stay few more minutes with your coffee !"

"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Lotte Hotel. The staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our visit, from arrival and checkout to holding our bags before departure. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated the unexpected upgrade to a newly remodeled room in the main tower. The room was beautifully done and very comfortable. The buffet had an excellent variety for both breakfast and dinner and was very accommodating to our family. The housekeeping staff on our floor was also incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again."
