“This hotel is so quaint and in the loveliest area of Nantucket with so much natural beauty. We stayed in the main part of the inn (we booked late so not many room choices). Room was small but well done. Turndown service with cookies every evening. Gorgeous porch, lawn and dock area. Loved every minute.”

“Chairs in the room were very dirty”

“The staff was very kind and helpful, our room was right on the street so people walking by could definitely look into the room and see us but it felt safe and the noise on the street travels into the room so on the weekend people stay up pretty late and you can hear them walking by. The room was clean but could use some baseboard cleaning/maybe some deeper cleaning. Also the fridge did not work which was unfortunate. Staff was super kind and helpful, overall a great stay and very close to town!”

“Thin walls. Tiny room. Have to pay for coffee. Faint smell of cigarette smoke. Right next to a wonderful Trading Post for grab-and-go breakfast. Walking distance from airport which has a terrific restaurant. I will not stay here again because the walls were so thin and the location felt far away from everything else — and it feels extremely overpriced.”

“The hotel posted great pictures.”

“Super location, clean, quaint, and going back next year.”

“Great value. Great location. Room very comfortable. All day coffee and fresh cookies in the afternoon was welcome. Great breakfast. Would have liked fresh milk for the granola. The fresh fruit was superb. All in all - we would love to stay again.”

“Great property. Great location. Great Staff. I highly recommend and will stay again in the future.”

“The Sherborne was in a great location and was very charming. Cara was wonderful and offered many suggestions and recommendations for activities and dining.”

“Great property, great location, great staff, the computer errored all ratings should be excellent. Price was the only thing too high in my opinion for off season rates. Very pet friendly.”

“Everything was even better than we'd hoped. The cottage was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean, and we couldn't have been in a better location! The view of the harbor, proximity to shopping and dining, and ease of check-in/out made for the perfect vacation. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was outfitted with everything you could need. I highly recommend this beautiful property for your stay on Nantucket!”

“We had a great short stay! The inn keeper was very helpful and accommodating. Great location, close to the ferry. An easy walk to the downtown area.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Periwinkle Inn. Gail, the innkeeper, was very helpful and communicative. She upgraded us before our arrival from a queen to a king due to availability. Our room was spacious, had an updated en suite bathroom, and was very comfortable. The location in town is unbeatable. If you are expecting a small inn in a historic part of town (e.g., road noise is common in these types of buildings and they have character), then you'll have a 5/5 stay!”

“A no frills bed & breakfast experience. The rooms were nice, but bathrooms had broken tiles by the shower. Breakfast was convenient to have for early mornings, but otherwise would skip. Overall a comfortable stay and a short 8-10 min walk to town, but felt a bit lacking.”
