Beautiful location right on the beach. It is a drive to Old town Split though so it depends on what you’re looking for. Perfect for our family to lounge on the beach, enjoy the food, and still take a day trip to Split. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again!

Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Rooms were clean and perfect for me and my two teenage sons. Restaurant on the bottom floor and the beach right out back. I loved the balcony facing the water! 15 minute uber ride to Old town Split and Klis Fortress. Grocery store 5 minute walk from hotel the kids loved:)

Property is just perfect. Rooms, dining, swimming, are easily accessible. Parking is tricky but can be reserved. I would suggest reserving when you book the room. Use Whatsapp to communicate. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and water!

Nice location not far from many places to eat. Room looked bigger in the photos than it actually was. Hot water for showers was an issue so short showers is a must so everyone can get a nice shower. We had a balcony suite which was nice, bit noisey with restaurant going at night but sound proof rooms when you shut the doors.

The room was nice, modern and clean. Seems like the hotel has been renovated lately. Upgrade to have a room with balcony facing the ocean is definitely worth it. There is a small beach right at the hotels ground floor and you can take beach chairs from the hotel. Lady at the reception is really nice! Restaurant option at the area are not the best and it was impossible to find breakfast, but there are markets really close to the hotel at the other side of the street. Hotels own restaurant has great option of drinks you can take to the beach. The service for eating at the restaurant was quite slow, but friendly staff. Taxi takes around 10-15 min to the old town and it was really easy to order uber and bolt to take you there. Easy to also use taxi to visit other beaches. Would recommend this hotel if you don’t mind being little bit outside the city.

Sunset Split Rooms & Life’s a Beach

We had a fantastic stay at Sunset Split Rooms. The rooms are clean, modern, and while not large, they were more than spacious enough for a comfortable vacation. The sea is directly in front of the hotel—no more than 10 meters away—which made the location unbeatable. Breakfast is served at their beachfront restaurant, Life’s a Beach, which is also a great spot to relax during the day. The food was good and the views even better. There’s a beautiful coastal walkway just outside the hotel. I walked over 5 km in one direction and never reached the end—perfect for a peaceful morning or evening stroll. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their attention to service really stood out and made us feel welcome. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing seaside getaway with great hospitality.

The location was excellent and right by the water; the sea was lovely and so clean. You could see another side of Split from the beach area. However, the place is managed like an apartment which we did not know ahead of time. So we had one towel each, no chairs to sit on (only furniture was a bed and a bedside table). When we went to the beach, we had to pay for towels, pay for chairs, pay for umbrellas and there was hardly anyone ever at the reception to ask a question of. We had to buy our own soap and shampoo. we had cups in the room but no coffee... It should be advertised as is so that people know what to expect.

The rooms were warm. There are no vents inside the bedrooms .I had to keep the air conditioning set for 18 just to get the temperature in the bedroom too 28. We also had to keep the bedroom doors open.

Clean. Good breakfast and right on the beach. I did not like: either wxpedia posted wrong or misunderstanding. Basic room has sea view, so upgrating to balcony my understanding is that sea view with balcony. The upgrade was a balcony next to public passage , with the view of stairs. Balcony had partitions blocking any view other than stairs. Not pleased at all. Room is very tiny, hardly room for 2 luggages. Owner said what she posts isnt same as l saw on expedia. So somebody isn't updating the info. We stayed only 3 nights and spent Visiting the city or stayed at the beach. Went in the room just to sleep.

Lite, moderne og koselig familiedrevet hotell med super-service. Bra størrelse på firemannsrom med balkong og sjøutsikt. Rett ved stranden med fine badeforhold for alle. Ligger rett ved fin strandpromenade mot Podstrana med mulighet for gå, jogg og sykkel. Ellers kort vei til Split med lokalbuss som kjører forbi regelmessig. Alltid behjelpelig og mulighet for transport til/fra flyplassen. Anbefales og ville besøkt igjen.
