“This historic B&B has such charm, especially when you enter the building. It is in the country, and the grounds are beautiful and peaceful. It is located about a 10 minute drive to New Hope. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff members are friendly and welcoming. We had a couple of issues in our room and they were taken care of within minutes of informing them. If the B&B isn’t busy, you can park close to the building, otherwise, the parking is up an incline and away from the building. ”

“Conveniently located next to the highway. Didn't interact much with the staff but whatever little I did was friendly. We didn't but other guests seemed to be enjoying the pool. Breakfast was excellent. Wish they had potatoes though. Minor gripe: The hand-wash is screwed to the wall high enough in the bathroom. I almost had to extend my hand to my eye level for soap when washing hands”

“garbage was not emptied all weekend - ants in garbage on our floor by the elevator. Staff we gruff, had to wait ages to check-in as nobody at the desk. Rooms were clean but bathrooms were a bit dingy.”

“We had a few issues with the amenities. The shower/tub drain was extremely slow, the hair dryer did not work. The lighting in the wash sink is poor. The staff addressed the first two items when be brought it to their attention. Two days in a row an egg omelet, diced warm potatoes, and a sausage patty with cheese in the middle was served. I didn't care for the flavor of any of it. I left more than 1/2 each day. For the cost of the stay the breakfast is subpar. The next time we're in the...

“After checking in went to the room which was around the back and found a dozen or so construction workers sitting on tailgate to trucks with loud music blasting. Called the office I said you have a party going on in the back they said I don't have a party going on anywhere and hung up on me. Call back again and they hung up on me again. “Great place to stay. Away from it all but close enough to New hope, Lumberton, Lambertville and frenchtown. Peddlers village is just 10min away. Rooms are exceptionally clean as is the property. It's right on the Delaware River. Great views. Nice bar in on site. Nice little breakfast in the morning is included”
