"Mycket bra läge (några minuter till fots till tågstationen och stor galleria precis utanför), fantastiskt rent! Men ... Skulle vara bra att ha med i beskrivningen att det är självhushåll, alltså ingen handduks byte, ingen städ och ingen sophämtning. Skulle vara bra att ha en dammsugare på plats? Man kunde få kod till soprummet, men har inte fått svar på mejl så ställde det utanför dörren. Sängen var alldeles för hård för min kropp men mitt barnbarn sov mycket skönt. Smaksak alltså. "The apartment was modern and comfortable, but wear and tear needs to be addressed. The freezer below the fridge leaked water onto the floor. When we asked for it to be fixed, a non-English speaking gentleman arrived and concluded with the following word: "Service". The problem was that no service was done during our stay, so we stayed there for ten days with a leaking freezer and a towel to stop the flowing over the floor. Management did nothing to fix the leak."

Noli Gdansk Old Town

"recently stayed at Noli Studios Old Town in Gdańsk, and overall, I had a fantastic experience. It’s a beautifully modern, clean, and well-thought-out place to stay, offering a seamless blend of hotel comfort and apartment-style living. The Highlights: Flawless Automated Check-In: The pre-arrival communication was excellent. The hotel emailed me a check-in code to use at the self-service kiosk upon arrival. They also proactively provided a night-access code for the main door in case I arrived after 10:00 PM when the entrance locks. Welcoming Spaces & Great Rooms: The reception area is modern, welcoming, and spotless. They is a Coffee Machine and reception office within. My room was great, featuring a balcony and a well-equipped kitchenette that included a kettle, tea, and coffee. The bathroom was perfectly fine, complete with a walk-in shower and complimentary hand soap/shower gel. The breakfast delivery service was excellent and completely reliable. You simply place your order the night before, or you can block-order your selections for the entire stay, and it gets delivered right to your door in the morning. Area for improvement: The AC Fan: I stayed in room B406, and the air conditioning fan ran constantly, even when the system was switched off completely. While it’s fine during the day, the ambient noise was a little distracting at night when trying to sleep. And fix the lift key card access scanners as anyone can walk into hotel during the day."

"Loved the Apartments and the foodhall was an additional bonus and great for a last drink before heading to bed. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Apartment was exceptionally clean and spacious. Location was 5 minutes walk to the Solidarity Museum. Towel change is an additional cost and shower was totally fine but not the most powerful."

"I have stayed here a number of times now. The hotel is clean, staff helpful and for the most part polite. Having a pool/spa/ on site is an added bonus if this is your thing or travelling with family. It is within walking distance to My only issue is the male member of staff on reception. I have encountered this person a number of times during different visits and he has behaved in the same manner every time. He is rude about guests nodding in their direction or even pointing and laughing at them if he thinks noone is looking, ignores people asking for help by walking away etc. I may not speak Polish but I can read people. Thankfully once you are settled in and providing you don't need anything at reception he needs zero thought again! Despite his behaviour I would visit again as the hotel its self is lovely."
