“Stable staff...same lovely folks yr after yr. Very accommodating. Good breakfast. Deluxe rooms are large ! No elevator. Quiet place in the pines... 9 pm noise curfew .”

“Beautiful property, parking sucked, the parking lot will not accommodate the patrons. It has more rooms than parking spaces, do the math, no where to park”

“We checked in and were offered a complimentary late check-out. We travel a decent amount and have never been offered a late check-out from any other hotels, so we thought that was fantastic customer service. The room was huge and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable! We loved the sunset view from our balcony too.”

“It would be nice”

“지금 시기에 직원들 마스크 착용안했어요. 불안해서 편하게 지내지는 못했어요. ”

“It was really fine. Took 5 minutes to get hot water. Other then that it is an excellent place to stay.”

“Clean room, ample parking, good breakfast available.”

“Easy Chech in & out. Very clean.~ Very kind~”

“Beautiful hotel!! Staff was so nice and helpful”

“The property was well maintained. The breakfast was fresh and good quality.”

“The Grand Highland is located downtown in the center of everything that is going on. Our room was pretty, clean, had A/C and our room had a claw foot tub!! This a turn of the century bldg and THERE IS NO ELEVATOR, so pack accordingly. There is free parking behind the bldg. but checking in was street parking. Gift stores, restaurants, the historic downtown is all walking distance. Also, very close (15 minutes) are mountain trails if you want to some outdoor activities.”

“The property is located on a busy street near Whiskey Row. We appreciated the pet-friendly accommodations and kitchenette. My only complaint were the incredibly thin walls. I could hear our neighbor from inside the cottage as well as if I were sitting out front.”

“Great location. Always a pleasant stay . Will continue to stay there when in Prescott”

“Property was cute. Loud at times when guest would arrive. Front office receptionist was cleaning rooms most of the time so guest would need to call to get assistance. Rooms were clean and cool during the time we went.”

“A very clean, comfortable, affordable motel. This is now the only place we will stay in Prescott. Thank you to the owners.”
