“We never received a confirmation from anyone (Expedia or the hotel) about the reservation so it was questionable whether we had a reservation. I attempted to call the hotel directly as instructed but because I did not get a confirmation reservation number the automated phone recipient hung up on me rudely. I attempted the two numbers posted only to get the same response. So it is a surprise to receive this email from Expedia about our experience on the check-in and on our stay. We are waiting...
